Are There Any Items You Don't Sell?

In general, we can sell everything but the kitchen sink (including the kitchen sing) at an estate sale. However there are a few exceptions:

- Firearms and ammo

- Food

- Prescriptions

- Anything that is execessively dirty or broken - exceptions are if the part is valuable itself; example: car parts, vintage parts, etc.

- Personal items - we take great care to set aside any family photos or keepsakes that we come across in the organizing process.

Believe it or not - most other things we do sell; including: cleaning products that are over half full, unused rags, paper goods, hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc; scrap metal piles, gardening herbicides over half full, etc.  Many times we will make lots of these type of items.

The goal is to empty the home and have the best sale ever!
